  3. I think that the United States Government should be able to detain terror suspects indefinitely and without trial if they are not a US citizen. If they are charged as a terror suspect and are a United States citizen, I feel that they should have a fair trial because that is a part of youre right as an American citizen. If we 100% know that the "terror suspect" did commit the crime I don't think they should have a chance for a trial because there is no use.

I agree with what both Alex and Jess said because everyone deserves a trial b/c of there US Constitutional rights. I also agree with what Alex said about if you are living in the US but are not a citizen you should not get a trial. It is only fair this way.

  4. Yes, I think that the United States government should be able to detain terror suspects indefinitely and without trial. But also I think that if there is not enough or no substantial evidence the terror suspects should be able to have somewhat of a trial. I agree with Jess, Sarah and Alex though, United States citizens should get a fair trial but they should also be able to be detained because terrorism and going against your country is so wrong.

  5. I also think that the United States government should be able to detain terror suspects indefinately and without trial. But I also believe everybody is entitle to a fair trial, but in some circumstances some non-citizens of the US don't deserve a fair trial if we are absolutely sure that they are a terror suspect. I agree with Alivia, Jess, Alex, and Sarah about how US citizens should get a fair trial, but they can still be able to be detained.

  6. I also agree with Jess, Sarah and Alex. I also beleive that everyone deserves a fair trial, but only if they are a citizen. If the suspect is not a citizen then i beleive that they do not deserve a fair trial.

  9. I think that they should be detained as long as needed but all of them, citizen or non citizen should get the right to a trail. They should only be able to hold them for long periods of time if they have enough reasonable suspision and evidence.

  10. No, because they need to be guarenteed a trial because it would be unfair to be detained and not have a fair trial.

  14. I mean yeah every one should have a fair trail but if there is ovius signs of terror I mean control needs to be taken as soon as possible i think thats a hard question to ask

  15. I think that they should be detained but eventually they are subject to a fair trial... Perhaps some restrictions should be placed on this. It can't be this lenient, there would be too many people being detained.
